Grand Anse is the longest beach on Praslin. This large bay has several hotels overlooking the seashore including Dhevatara Beach Hotel. Grand Anse is a large wide beach, and the sea here is good for swimming and water sports. The beach is at its best during the north-west trade winds when the sea is calm and clear. During the south-eastern trade wind season (May to beginning of November) seaweed can drift into the bay; when this occurs we offer a complimentary shuttle service to Cote D’or beach daily (this is located on the opposite side of the island).
Daily (except Sunday)
Departure from Hotel: 10:00 AM

Anse Lazio is the most famous beach on Praslin, and rightly so. Well worth the long winding drive from Côte d'Or, Anse Lazio can claim to be the perfect tropical paradise beach and is often listed among the world’s top ten beaches. Beautifully framed by granite rocks, this dream beach has soft white sands leading gently down to calm clear waters with a gentle gradient absolutely perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The Bon Bon Plume and Le Chevalier restaurants are nearby and can provide lunch and refreshments.
Anse Georgette is a beach most people do not know about. Located by the Lemuria Resort in the northwest of Praslin, this beach is an ideal place for relaxation, while surrounded by beautiful trees giving you the privacy you are looking for. The crystal clear water of Anse Georgette is the ideal place for honeymooners seeking solitude within one of the most secluded beaches of Praslin Island. The beach is only accessible by boat or via the entrance to Lemuria Resort. Anse Georgette is classified as a national park and is rated one of the top ten most attractive beaches in the world.
Anse Source d'Argent is one of the most popular beaches to be found on all the islands, with pink sands offset by towering granite boulders that have been worn by time and weather. The ocean here is sheltered by a reef, providing calm and shallow waters that make a perfect playground for little ones. Where the track turns to sand, abandon your bicycles and walk the remaining few yards to one of the most beautiful beaches on earth. Reputed to be the most photographed beach in the world, Anse Source D'Argent is a long stretch of golden soft white coral sands, flanked by spectacular granite boulders.
Grand Anse is one of the most stunning beaches in Seychelles. The golden sands are often pounded by powerful waves, which attract the island's surfers. Its backdrop of immense granite boulders and lushly forested mountains make it a perfect spot for postcard pictures and a day spent lounging in the sun.Leaving Grand Anse, there is a trail that leads to the two nearby beaches, namely Petit Anse and Anse Cocos. The two beaches are more or less untouched due to their isolation, which has led to dense and mature coastal vegetation especially the patatran on Petit Anse. Both beaches are more or less safe for swimming compared to Grand Anse.
